On this page you will find our various legal declarations.  It is by no means an exhaustive list, but we will add to it as things come up.  If you have any questions about the following information, please contact us.

Age Restricted Products

The purchase of some of our products is restricted to customers over the age of 18 years.  We do our part to help ensure that these products do not end up in the hands of minors.  In the future, your information may be sent to an as-of-yet undefined 3rd party to verify that you are above the age of majority, with or without notice.  At this time, all orders containing age restricted products will be shipped (by the carrier of your choice) and flagged as "Adult Signature Required".  This means that the delivery driver will require a signature, accompanied by proper identification, for delivery.  Unfortunately, UPS, FedEx, and the USPS all require an adult signatory to be of or over the age of 21.

If, after several attempts, an adult signature can not be obtained by the delivery driver, the shipment will be returned to us.  Once we receive the return, the entire order will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping, and the customer will be notified.If you would like to avoid this, you can send us a selfie with both your face and your ID (in the same picture), as well as a close-up of your ID, so that we can verify your age and identity.  Identification accepted for this purpose is limited to; State Issued ID or Driver's License, Passport, or US Military ID.  At this time, no other forms of identification can be accepted.If the delivery is completed with an adult signature, or if identification has been otherwise provided, your customer account will be noted as "Age Verified" for future orders.Please be aware, shipping of age restricted products is limited to the United States and Canada. If you place an order that includes an age restricted product, and the shipping address is outside North America, the product will be removed and refunded, and the remainder of the order will be shipped.

Smoking Products

Any product produced or sold by Mark of the Raven which is intended for smoking is to be used for tobacco or other legal products only.  Mark of the Raven is not liable for the misuse of any product listed on this site.

Intimate Products

All products of an intimate nature on the site are intended for Adults Only. No descriptions or text on the site should be interpreted as directions of use for a product. It is your responsibility to use a product safely and within your capabilities.

The buyer accepts all responsibility for what the product is used for. The seller of products, Mark of the Raven, and our artists, will not be held responsible for any situations which may occur from any product.  Although each product goes through rigorous quality control, they are handmade and therefore may have minor imperfections.

Returns & Cancellations

If you believe a product that you purchased from the Site is in any way faulty or not as described, you may return it in accordance with the site’s Returns/Refund Policy To cancel an order in accordance with your legal right to do so, you must contact us immediately and the appropriate steps will be taken as outlined in the Returns/Refund Policy.

Jurisdiction

The courts of the State of Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in connection with the use of this website and it's associated products.
